Fluorocarbon lines

Fluorocarbon is known for its invisibility in water, which makes it an excellent choice when fishing in clear water or when fish are particularly wary. This line is made from a single strand of fluoropolymer, which offers minimal stretch and high abrasion resistance. It is often used as a leader line, attached to a stronger main line, as it’s less visible to fish. Fluorocarbon is also durable and sinks faster than monofilament, which can be an advantage in certain fishing scenarios.
