Warranty:
Aava guarantees that any defects in materials or craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model free of charge within two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. A dated purchase receipt must be included with any warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
Spare Parts:
If your rod is damaged or requires replacement parts, Aava will repair or replace your rod with the nearest current model for a fixed price within 5 years from the date of purchase or discontinuation of the rod model. After this period, the price will be case-specific based on actual service costs.
