Polarchromic – A photochromic filter in polarized Photochromic lenses. The polarized lens “senses” light conditions and adapts to changes in lighting, providing optimal light filtration in every situation. These lenses are also made from TAC, making them the lightest polarized photochromic lenses on the market. UV filtration is 100%. When the Amber lens is not activated, light transmission is 30%. The lens activates when exposed to UV rays, turning dark brown with a light transmission of 10%.
