The handle is made from heat-treated Finnish birch, and laser-engraved patterns on the surface improve grip for a firm hold. The handle is protected with wax. This blade length is perfect for processing fish around 1 kg in weight. The blade material is stainless steel, with an overall length of about 27 cm and a blade length of about 15 cm. Hand washing and regular sharpening are recommended.
