Rapala scales are designed as sport fishing scales. They are used to measure a significant number of official IGFA world records each year. Every Rapala digital scale is tested at the factory on a test bench. The test weighing is done on a 25 kg scale with 1, 2, 5, 10 and 25 kg test weights. The test tests both accuracy and functionality in general.
The compact Rapala Sportsman’s 25 kg digital scale fits into a small space. It can be carried conveniently in the pocket of a fishing vest, for example. It weighs fish accurately up to 25 kg. It runs on a standard 9-volt battery (not included). The power automatically turns off after 4 minutes of use.
