Berkey Drop Shot weights are, as the name suggests, weights designed for dropshot fishing, i.e. Drop Shot jigging. The weight is attached to the line with a slot, so when the weight gets stuck in a rock hole, the line slips out of the slot, saving the drop shot rig.
