The high hook-up rate is achieved with its low 2 cm profile and a belly slot that extends halfway through the body. On the Finnish market, there is a limited selection of effective offset pike baits with a good hook-up rate, which is surprising considering the nutrient-rich lakes and the reed-dominated coastal waters, where standard rigs and soft baits are less effective.

The body is easily visible in the sonar cone, and the design enhances movement during drops and slow retrieves. Excellent casting distance and action. The single-hook rig also attracts other predatory fish in addition to pike.

Designed and handmade in Pello, by the Tornio River. Every product is cast, painted, and tested before being released. The story behind these new products started from a problem that no good solution existed for on the market.

Jig Storage:
Soft plastics, such as packaging materials, can react with the bait, so it is recommended to store jigs separately from any soft plastic materials. Regular hard plastic lure boxes are suitable for storing Blizzard Baits jigs. However, due to differences in materials, jigs from different brands should be stored in separate compartments to prevent them from sticking together and to keep colors from transferring. It is especially recommended to store white and light-colored jigs in a separate compartment, away from other jigs.
